This policy applies to SumNervs handling of data for the websites on the domains sumnerv.com and sumnerv.se.
SumNerv treats personal data according to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and only uses the data gathered for the purposes described when consent was given.
We don’t gather or store data which is not necessary for the given purpose.
We clearly communicate how personal data is gathered, stored and used and see to that the affected persons rights are met.
We treat personal data in a way that makes it possible to track and take responsibility for the data.
We make all personal data available in the same way as we have stated.
We make certain that all personal data stored won’t be erased, altered or is spread by intent or from reckless actions.
We handle all personal data confidentially.
When your personal data and/or contact information gets stored by us, our sole purpose is what you’ve agreed to when sharing the information with us. We will only treat and use the information given to us as was described and agreed to when sent to us.

Personal data and how it’s handled

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you send us your personal data through a contact form on our website we only gather the information stated. This information is only gathered for the purpose described which is normally to contact you or register you as a user on our website. All our contact forms requires an active consent.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If personal data is to be shared with a third party service, the visitor will be made aware of it and have to give consent before the data is shared. These third party services only includes Google Analytics.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We share your ip-address with Google Analytics to keep statistics about our visitors. Your ip-address is anonymized and can not be used to identify you as a person.

How we protect your personal data

The personal data and information we collect from contact forms on this website is stored on a secure mail server of the domain sumnerv.se.
We use SSL / HTTPS on our website and it’s services. This encrypts the user communication on the server that hosts the website to see to that personal data never is intercepted by a third party without permission. If a security breach or data violation occurs our system administrators will go through all users that are affected within 72 hours. They will also search through the website for harmful code and investigate what information has been leaked. Affected users will be informed and if a password is part of their data it will be changed. Necessary actions will then be taken make sure that the same security breach or data violation does not happen again.

Access to your personal data

You have the right to at any time ask for a electronic copy of the data we stored about you, information about who you data is shared with or how we use your personal data. You also have the right to demand that we delete your personal data. To do this you send an email to hanna.hedblom@www.sumnerv.se. The service will be carried out as fast as possible or at most within 72 hours.
